Time schedule for bailiff case against TDC's 5G in Helsingør

On November 25, 2020, an attorney representing local citizens requested the court in Helsingør (Elsinore) to immediately halt TDC's pilot experiment with 5G wireless technology.
The citizens do not believe that health hazards of the 5G technology have been adequately, scientifically investigated. The municipality of Helsingør is now the stage for Denmark's largest pilot experiment with 5G technology, which aims to provide fast wireless internet everywhere.

40 mobile basestations have been installed within the city since the Danish Energy Agency granted TDC permission to go ahead with the pilot trial. This, despite the fact that it is scientifically proven and internationally recognized, that even low levels of the radiofrequency electromagnetic radiation on which the 5G system is based, is harmful to animals, plants and humans.

On December 16, 2020, the Court in Helsingør, presided by Judge Apostoli, gave TDC the deadline of January 15, 2021 to submit a reponse. If TDC fails to meet the deadline, the Court in Helsingør may already in January 2021 impose a bailiff's injunction that prohibits TDC from continuing all activities regarding the 5G system within the Helsingør jurisdiction. This includes testing of the system and use of the frequency spectrum between 3420 to 3520 MHz.
